Common Questions

Before your first class

Do I need any prior Pilates experience? ▾

Not at all. Our classes welcome all levels, and with a maximum of 6 people in group classes, your instructor can give you individual attention and modifications throughout. Full Body Tone is a great place to start.

What should I wear? ▾

Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety — please bring your own pair.

What's the difference between group and private? ▾

Group classes (max 6 people) follow a set theme and structure. Private sessions are fully customized to your body, goals, and any limitations — ideal for rehab, specific conditions, or accelerated progress. Semi-private (max 2) offers a middle ground.

What is your cancellation policy? ▾

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of class start time are non-refundable. For package holders, late cancellations will result in one class being deducted from your package.

How long are packages valid? ▾

All packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Plenty of time to use them at your own pace.
